For personal data processing carried out in connection with LeginotLegion.com for which Mosh Print Ltd determines the purposes and means, the controller is Mosh Print Ltd.
Privacy and data-protection enquiries may be sent to legal@leginotlegion.com.
This role is limited to processing for which Mosh Print Ltd determines the purposes and means. It does not mean that Mosh Print Ltd controls Polygon, independent Smart Contracts, Wallet providers, or other independent Third-Party Services.
3. Information We May Process
3.1 Wallet Address
When you connect a compatible Wallet to LeginotLegion.com, the Platform may process the public blockchain address associated with that Wallet.
A Wallet address does not necessarily reveal your conventional identity by itself. However, a Wallet address may constitute personal data where it can reasonably be associated with an identified or identifiable individual.
3.2 Public Blockchain Information
LeginotLegion.com may read, request, calculate from, or display information available through Polygon and the Smart Contracts referenced through LeginotLegion.com.
Depending on the functionality being used, this may include:
- LEGINOT balances;
- POL balances relevant to a requested interaction;
- transaction hashes and transaction status;
- claim history and claim-related Smart Contract state;
- whitelist or eligibility state;
- vesting or unlock information;
- Community Vote transactions and voting data;
- token burns;
- Smart Contract balances and parameters; and
- other publicly available on-chain information relevant to the functionality requested by the User.
3.3 Wallet-Connection and Technical Information
When you use LeginotLegion.com, limited technical information may be processed as necessary to establish or maintain Wallet connectivity, deliver website functionality, communicate with blockchain infrastructure, protect the service, or troubleshoot technical issues.
Depending on the services involved, this may include:
- network requests;
- IP address;
- browser or device information;
- connection and session state;
- error or diagnostic information; and
- technical identifiers used by Wallet or blockchain infrastructure.
Not all such information is necessarily stored by the Operator.
3.4 Communications
If you contact us at legal@leginotlegion.com, we may process your email address and the information contained in your communication for the purpose of responding to and managing your request.
4. Information Not Required for Current Web3 Functionality
4.1 Conventional Identity Information
LeginotLegion.com does not require you to provide your name, residential address, telephone number, government-issued identification, banking information, or payment-card information in order to connect a Wallet and use the currently available Web3 functionality described in this Privacy Policy.
You may voluntarily provide contact information if you communicate with us directly.
4.2 Private Keys and Seed Phrases
LeginotLegion.com and Mosh Print Ltd do not require or request your private key or seed/recovery phrase.
YOU SHOULD NEVER DISCLOSE YOUR PRIVATE KEY, SEED PHRASE, RECOVERY PHRASE, BANKING OR PAYMENT INFORMATION, OR OTHER SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION TO, OR SEND TOKENS OR FUNDS DIRECTLY TO, LEGINOTLEGION.COM, MOSH PRINT LTD, OR ANY PERSON CLAIMING TO PROVIDE SUPPORT ON THEIR BEHALF.
Connecting a Wallet or authorizing a Blockchain Transaction through LeginotLegion.com does not require you to disclose your private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, banking or payment information, or other sensitive personal information to LeginotLegion.com, Mosh Print Ltd, or any person claiming to provide support on their behalf.
4.3 No Conventional User Account
Connecting a Wallet does not create a conventional account containing a profile of personal identity information maintained by the Operator.
5. How Information Is Obtained
5.1 From Your Wallet Interaction
Certain information is processed when you choose to connect your Wallet or request a Blockchain Transaction through LeginotLegion.com.
5.2 From Public Blockchain Sources
LeginotLegion.com may obtain publicly available information from Polygon, Smart Contracts, RPC or blockchain infrastructure, blockchain explorers, or similar sources.
5.3 Through Technical Infrastructure
Technical information may be processed through infrastructure necessary to deliver LeginotLegion.com, establish Wallet connectivity, communicate with blockchain networks, provide security, or diagnose errors.
5.4 From You Directly
We receive information directly from you when you voluntarily contact us.
6. Why We Process Information
6.1 Providing Requested Functionality
We may process information to connect a Wallet, display Wallet-relevant blockchain information, determine or display Smart Contract eligibility or state, prepare User-requested Blockchain Transactions, and provide Community Vote or claim functionality.
6.2 Displaying Public Blockchain Information
We may process information to retrieve and present blockchain information relevant to Tokenomics, claims, Community Vote, LEGINOT, and other current functionality of LeginotLegion.com.
6.3 Security and Integrity
We may process limited information to protect LeginotLegion.com and its Users, prevent or investigate misuse, identify technical problems, detect security incidents, and maintain the integrity of the interface.
6.4 Communications
We may process information to respond to legal, privacy, security, or other communications sent to the Operator.
6.5 Legal Compliance
We may process information where necessary to comply with applicable law, valid legal obligations, or lawful requests from competent authorities.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
7.1 Requested Functionality
Where processing is objectively necessary to provide functionality specifically requested by you under the Terms, including Wallet connection, retrieving Wallet-relevant public blockchain information, or preparing a requested interaction, Mosh Print Ltd may rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
7.2 Legitimate Interests
Mosh Print Ltd may rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where processing is necessary for legitimate interests such as maintaining and securing LeginotLegion.com, preventing abuse, investigating technical problems, protecting the integrity of available functionality, or establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims, provided those interests are not overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.
7.3 Legal Obligations
Where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation applicable to Mosh Print Ltd, processing may rely on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
7.4 Consent
Where optional processing requires your consent, consent will be requested separately and may be withdrawn as provided by applicable law. Acknowledging this Privacy Policy does not itself constitute consent to optional processing.
8. Public Blockchain Data
8.1 Public Nature of Polygon
Polygon is a public blockchain.
Blockchain Transactions involving a Wallet may be visible to blockchain participants and to any person using compatible blockchain explorers or other tools.
8.2 Information Recorded On-Chain
A Blockchain Transaction may publicly reveal information including:
- Wallet addresses;
- transaction hashes;
- transferred or burned token amounts;
- interaction with a particular Smart Contract;
- timestamps or block information; and
- Smart Contract events or state changes resulting from the transaction.
8.3 LeginotLegion.com Does Not Control Polygon
The Operator does not own, operate, validate, administer, or control Polygon.
Information recorded on Polygon is maintained through an independent distributed blockchain network rather than a database controlled exclusively by Mosh Print Ltd.
8.4 Blockchain Permanence
Once a valid Blockchain Transaction is recorded on Polygon, the Operator generally cannot alter, erase, reverse, or remove that public blockchain record.
Removing information from the LeginotLegion.com interface does not remove the underlying information from Polygon.
8.5 User-Initiated Transactions
Where you authorize a Blockchain Transaction through your Wallet, information recorded as a result of that transaction is submitted to the public blockchain according to the Wallet, Polygon, and applicable Smart Contract rules.
9. Browser Storage and Wallet Connection
9.1 Browser Storage
LeginotLegion.com and its Wallet-connection infrastructure may use browser storage, including local storage and, where applicable, session storage, to maintain Wallet connectivity, connection state, network state, recent Wallet selections, and related technical functionality.
Depending on the Wallet provider and connection method, stored technical state may include connection or session identifiers, Wallet-related preferences, network information, and other technical data necessary to support the requested Wallet functionality.
9.2 Analytics and Advertising Tracking
The current public functionality of LeginotLegion.com does not intentionally deploy first-party behavioural analytics or advertising tracking.
9.3 Third-Party Storage Technologies
Wallet providers, Wallet-connection services, blockchain infrastructure providers, or other Third-Party Services may use their own browser storage or similar technologies according to their respective implementations and privacy practices.
9.4 Effect of Disabling Storage
Blocking, clearing, or restricting browser storage may prevent or interrupt Wallet connection, session continuity, network selection, or other Wallet-related functionality. Public informational content that does not depend on Wallet functionality may remain available.
10. Third-Party Services and Recipients
10.1 Categories of Third-Party Services
Operation of LeginotLegion.com may involve third-party service categories such as hosting and infrastructure providers, Wallet-connection and communication infrastructure, blockchain RPC or data infrastructure, Wallet providers selected by Users, public blockchain explorers, and technical or security service providers.
10.2 Different Data-Protection Roles
Depending on the service, the processing involved, and the applicable contractual arrangements, a Third-Party Service may act as a processor on behalf of Mosh Print Ltd, as an independent controller, or in another legally applicable capacity.
10.3 Processors Acting on Behalf of Mosh Print Ltd
Where a service provider processes personal data on behalf of Mosh Print Ltd, that processing is subject to applicable data-protection requirements, including appropriate contractual arrangements and documented instructions where required by law.
10.4 Independent Services
Independent Wallet providers, Polygon infrastructure, public Smart Contracts, blockchain explorers, and other independent Third-Party Services may process information under their own terms, privacy notices, technical architecture, and legal responsibilities. Mosh Print Ltd does not control such independent processing merely because the relevant service or public blockchain data is accessible through LeginotLegion.com.
11. Sale of Personal Data
LeginotLegion.com does not sell personal data.
We do not disclose personal data to third parties in exchange for payment for the purpose of creating or selling advertising or user profiles.
12. International Data Transfers
12.1 Transfers by Service Providers Acting on Our Behalf
Where a service provider processes personal data on behalf of Mosh Print Ltd and transfers that personal data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards required by applicable data-protection law will be used where necessary. Depending on the circumstances, these may include an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, and supplementary measures where appropriate.
12.2 Independent Third-Party Services
Independent Wallet providers, blockchain infrastructure providers, and other independent Third-Party Services may process information in jurisdictions outside the European Economic Area under their own privacy notices and legal responsibilities.
12.3 Public Blockchain Accessibility
Information recorded on the public Polygon blockchain may be accessible globally through blockchain nodes, infrastructure providers, explorers, and other public interfaces. Mosh Print Ltd does not control the geographic accessibility or replication of public blockchain records.
12.4 Further Information
You may contact legal@leginotlegion.com for further information about safeguards applicable to international transfers of personal data processed under the control of Mosh Print Ltd.
13. Data Retention
13.1 Data Controlled by the Operator
Where the Operator retains personal data, it will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, taking into account:
- the nature of the information;
- the purpose for which it was processed;
- security and technical requirements;
- the need to resolve or defend legal claims; and
- applicable legal obligations.
13.2 Wallet and Blockchain Queries
Public blockchain information displayed by LeginotLegion.com may be requested from the blockchain or related infrastructure when the relevant functionality is used and does not necessarily represent a separate permanent database maintained by the Operator.
13.3 Communications
Information contained in communications with the Operator may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable law.
13.4 Public Blockchain Records
Retention periods controlled by the Operator do not alter the persistence of information independently recorded on Polygon.
Public blockchain records may remain available for the lifetime of the blockchain independently of LeginotLegion.com.
14. Data Security
14.1 Safeguards
The Operator takes reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the personal data and the risks associated with the processing under its control.
14.2 No Absolute Security Guarantee
No website, internet transmission, Wallet, blockchain network, Smart Contract, or technical infrastructure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
14.3 Wallet Security
You remain responsible for protecting your Wallet, private keys, seed phrase, device, browser, passwords, and other authentication methods.
The Operator cannot secure or recover an independently controlled Wallet on your behalf.
15. Your Data-Protection Rights
Subject to the conditions and limitations of applicable law, you may have the right to:
- request access to personal data concerning you;
- request correction of inaccurate personal data;
- request erasure of personal data;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- request data portability where applicable;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
- lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
To exercise a right in relation to personal data controlled by Mosh Print Ltd, contact:
legal@leginotlegion.com
We may need sufficient information to identify the processing to which your request relates and, where reasonably necessary, verify that you are entitled to make the request.
16. Data-Protection Rights and Public Blockchains
16.1 Processing Under the Operator's Control
We will assess valid data-protection requests in relation to personal data and processing that are within the Operator's control.
Where applicable, we may correct, delete, restrict, or otherwise act on information stored or processed within systems controlled by the Operator.
16.2 Independent Blockchain Records
The Operator cannot rewrite or delete an independently maintained Polygon blockchain record merely because that record is displayed or referenced through LeginotLegion.com.
A request to the Operator therefore cannot technically result in deletion or modification of a public blockchain transaction where the Operator has no ability to perform that action.
16.3 Interface Processing
Where a right validly applies to processing performed by LeginotLegion.com, the fact that underlying blockchain data remains publicly available does not prevent us from considering what action can lawfully and technically be taken in relation to processing under our own control.
17. Age, Changes, Complaints and Contact
17.1 Age Requirement
The interactive functionality of LeginotLegion.com is intended for persons who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity required by the Terms of Service.
17.2 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in LeginotLegion.com, applicable law, technical infrastructure, or data-processing practices.
The current version will be made available through LeginotLegion.com together with its current Last Updated date.
17.3 Supervisory Authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable data-protection law.
For matters within the jurisdiction of the Bulgarian supervisory authority, the competent authority is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
