You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of LeginotLegion.com, your Wallet, LEGINOT, and any Smart Contract is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable to you.

You must not use LeginotLegion.com for any activity that is unlawful or that would cause you or the Operator to violate an applicable legal requirement.

3.3 Sanctions and Restrictive Measures

You must not use LeginotLegion.com where your access, use, or participation in a Blockchain Transaction would violate applicable economic sanctions, trade restrictions, restrictive measures, or other legally binding prohibitions.

You must not use LeginotLegion.com on behalf of, or for the benefit of, another person where doing so would violate such restrictions.

The availability of LeginotLegion.com over the internet does not constitute a representation that its functionality is lawful or available for every person or in every jurisdiction.

3.4 Current Identity-Verification Model

The currently available public Web3 functionality of LeginotLegion.com does not require Users to complete a conventional know-your-customer or identity-verification process through LeginotLegion.com.

The absence of such a process does not waive or modify any legal obligation applicable to a User and does not constitute authorization to use LeginotLegion.com in violation of applicable law.

4. Nature and Scope of LeginotLegion.com

4.1 Web Interface

LeginotLegion.com is a web-based interface that may display publicly available blockchain information and provide functionality that enables Users to request interactions between their Wallets and publicly deployed Smart Contracts.

4.2 User-Initiated Blockchain Interactions

When you select an on-chain action through LeginotLegion.com, the interface may prepare or transmit information required for your Wallet to request a Blockchain Transaction.

LeginotLegion.com does not independently authorize transactions from your Wallet.

Any Blockchain Transaction requiring authorization from your Wallet remains subject to your review and approval through that Wallet.

4.3 No Custodial or Financial Intermediary Role

LeginotLegion.com is not a cryptocurrency exchange, bank, broker, dealer, custodian, payment institution, or investment service provider.

The Operator does not hold User funds or digital assets on behalf of Users and does not act as the buyer, seller, custodian, or financial intermediary in Blockchain Transactions merely because LeginotLegion.com provides an interface through which such transactions may be requested.

4.4 Public Blockchain Information

LeginotLegion.com may read and display information derived from public blockchain records or blockchain infrastructure.

Depending on the relevant functionality, this may include token balances, Smart Contract balances, transaction data, claim data, eligibility or whitelist states, voting data, Smart Contract parameters, and other publicly available on-chain information.

4.5 Interface Information and On-Chain State

Blockchain state may change independently from LeginotLegion.com.

Information displayed through LeginotLegion.com may therefore occasionally be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or temporarily inconsistent with the latest on-chain state.

For purposes of determining an actual Blockchain Transaction, Smart Contract state, balance, eligibility condition, or other on-chain result, the applicable public blockchain record and deployed Smart Contract state control over an inconsistent interface display.

4.6 No Control Over Polygon

The Operator does not own, operate, validate, govern, or control Polygon.

The Operator cannot control or guarantee Polygon availability, block production, transaction confirmation times, transaction ordering, gas costs, network congestion, protocol changes, blockchain finality, or continued compatibility with any particular Wallet or Smart Contract.

5. Independence of LEGINOT, OWNER_SAFE and Smart Contracts

5.1 Independent Parties

The Operator and the team responsible for LeginotLegion.com are independent from the team responsible for the creation and administration of LEGINOT and OWNER_SAFE.

There is no ownership, corporate, employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, or team relationship between the Operator and the independent LEGINOT token team.

The use or integration of LEGINOT through LeginotLegion.com does not create such a relationship.

5.2 No Ownership or Control of LEGINOT

The Operator did not create, issue, mint, or deploy LEGINOT and does not administer the LEGINOT token Smart Contract.

The Operator cannot modify the LEGINOT token Smart Contract, change its code, increase its token supply, restrict transfers, or exercise administrative authority over it that the Operator does not possess.

5.3 No Control of OWNER_SAFE

OWNER_SAFE is administered independently from the Operator.

The Operator:

  1. does not possess OWNER_SAFE signing keys;
  2. cannot independently authorize an OWNER_SAFE transaction;
  3. cannot compel an OWNER_SAFE signer to approve or execute a transaction; and
  4. cannot guarantee that OWNER_SAFE will perform any requested, proposed, anticipated, or community-supported action.

5.4 Independent Claim and Voting Smart Contracts

Claim Smart Contracts and Voting Smart Contracts referenced through LeginotLegion.com are publicly deployed Smart Contracts independent from the Operator.

Providing information about, or an interface to, such a Smart Contract does not make the Operator its creator, deployer, owner, administrator, custodian, or contractual counterparty.

5.5 Smart Contract Administration

Where a Smart Contract grants administrative, whitelist, configuration, allocation, withdrawal, or other permissions to OWNER_SAFE or another independent blockchain address, those permissions are exercised by the applicable authorized party and not by the Operator.

The Operator cannot exercise a Smart Contract permission that has not been granted to it on-chain.

5.6 Independent Actions Are Not Guaranteed

LeginotLegion.com may display information concerning expected events, Community Vote results, whitelist states, proposed actions, or other matters involving OWNER_SAFE or another independent party.

Where implementation requires an action outside the Operator's control, the Operator cannot guarantee that the independent party will perform that action.

5.7 Direct Smart Contract Access

Smart Contracts referenced through LeginotLegion.com are publicly deployed on Polygon and may be accessible through other compatible blockchain tools or interfaces without using LeginotLegion.com.

The Operator does not control a User's ability to interact directly with a public Smart Contract outside LeginotLegion.com.

5.8 Removal From LeginotLegion.com

The Operator may stop displaying, referencing, or providing an interface to a Smart Contract through LeginotLegion.com.

Removing an interface or reference from LeginotLegion.com does not itself delete, modify, pause, disable, or otherwise alter the Smart Contract on Polygon.

6. Wallets and Non-Custodial Access

6.1 User-Controlled Wallets

Certain functionality available through LeginotLegion.com requires a compatible Wallet.

Your Wallet remains under your control and is not opened, maintained, or controlled by the Operator.

6.2 Non-Custodial Access

LeginotLegion.com is non-custodial.

The Operator does not take custody or possession of:

  1. your private keys;
  2. your seed or recovery phrase;
  3. your Wallet credentials;
  4. LEGINOT or other tokens held in your Wallet;
  5. POL or other digital assets held in your Wallet; or
  6. other assets controlled by your Wallet.

6.3 No Wallet Recovery

The Operator cannot recover, reset, restore, replace, or reconstruct your private key, seed phrase, Wallet password, or other Wallet credentials.

Loss of access to a Wallet may therefore result in permanent loss of access to assets controlled by that Wallet.

6.4 Wallet Connection

Connecting a Wallet to LeginotLegion.com enables the interface to request or display certain blockchain information associated with the connected Wallet address and to prepare transaction requests based on actions initiated by you.

Connecting a Wallet does not transfer ownership or custody of the Wallet or its assets to the Operator.

6.5 Transaction Approval

You are responsible for reviewing the information presented through your Wallet before approving or rejecting a Blockchain Transaction.

The Operator cannot provide the cryptographic authorization required from your Wallet on your behalf.

6.6 Third-Party Wallet Software

Wallet applications and wallet-connection infrastructure may be provided by independent Third-Party Services.

Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, technical requirements, and security practices established by the relevant providers.

The Operator does not control the independent operation of those services.

6.7 Wallet Connection Is Not a Platform Account

Connecting a Wallet to LeginotLegion.com does not create a custodial, banking, brokerage, exchange, or other financial account with the Operator.

The Operator does not maintain an internal balance of your blockchain assets.

7. Wallet and Device Responsibility

7.1 Your Security Responsibility

You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your Wallet, device, browser, private keys, seed phrase, passwords, authentication methods, and other credentials used to control your Wallet.

7.2 Never Share Private Credentials

You must never provide a private key or seed phrase to LeginotLegion.com, Mosh Print Ltd, any person claiming to represent LeginotLegion.com, or any person claiming to provide support on its behalf.

The Operator does not require your private key or seed phrase for you to use LeginotLegion.com.

7.3 Review Before Approval

Before approving a Blockchain Transaction, you should review the transaction information presented by your Wallet, including, where applicable:

  1. the blockchain network;
  2. the destination address or Smart Contract;
  3. the amount of POL, LEGINOT, or other digital assets involved;
  4. token approvals or permissions;
  5. estimated network gas; and
  6. warnings presented by your Wallet.

7.4 Compromised Wallets and Devices

Wallets and devices may be compromised through phishing, malware, malicious browser extensions, social engineering, leaked credentials, unauthorized access, fraudulent websites, or other attacks.

The Operator may have no technical means of determining whether a Blockchain Transaction carrying valid cryptographic authorization was approved by the legitimate Wallet controller or by a person who obtained unauthorized access.

7.5 Irreversible Actions

Where a Blockchain Transaction has been validly submitted and confirmed, the Operator may have no technical ability to stop, reverse, or recover that transaction or the assets involved.

7.6 Verify LeginotLegion.com

Before approving a Blockchain Transaction, you should verify that you are using the official LeginotLegion.com domain and, where relevant, the correct Smart Contract addresses referenced through LeginotLegion.com.

You should not rely on unsolicited messages, impersonating accounts, unofficial websites, or third parties claiming to provide support on behalf of LeginotLegion.com.

7.7 Security Incidents

If you believe your Wallet, device, or credentials have been compromised, you should stop using the affected Wallet for further transactions and use the security or recovery options available through your Wallet provider.

The Operator cannot freeze, secure, restore, or recover an independently controlled Wallet on your behalf.

8. The LEGINOT Token and Platform Utility

8.1 Independent Token

LEGINOT is an independently created ERC-20 token deployed on Polygon.

The Operator did not create, issue, mint, deploy, or administer LEGINOT.

8.2 Utility Through LeginotLegion.com

LEGINOT is used in connection with certain utility functionality available through LeginotLegion.com.

Depending on the relevant functionality, holding or using LEGINOT may affect eligibility, voting functionality, access to certain information, or other features.

Specific technical requirements are determined by the applicable interface, Smart Contract, and current on-chain state.

8.3 Independent Use of LEGINOT

LeginotLegion.com's use of LEGINOT does not give the Operator ownership of or exclusive rights over LEGINOT.

LEGINOT exists independently from LeginotLegion.com and may be held, transferred, or used independently of the Platform, subject to the LEGINOT Smart Contract, Polygon, applicable law, and any Third-Party Services involved.

8.4 Information About LEGINOT

LeginotLegion.com may display publicly available information concerning LEGINOT, including information relating to token supply, balances, burns, distribution, Smart Contracts, or other on-chain activity.

Such information is provided for informational and functional purposes and does not constitute a guarantee concerning the future availability, utility, value, market price, liquidity, or third-party support of LEGINOT.

9. No Corporate, Redemption or Guaranteed Economic Rights

9.1 No Corporate Rights

Holding, receiving, claiming, transferring, burning, or otherwise using LEGINOT does not by itself give you:

  1. shares, equity, or ownership in Mosh Print Ltd or LeginotLegion.com;
  2. voting rights in Mosh Print Ltd;
  3. rights to assets owned by Mosh Print Ltd;
  4. rights to revenue, profits, dividends, or distributions from Mosh Print Ltd or LeginotLegion.com; or
  5. other corporate governance or ownership rights in the Operator.

9.2 No Redemption Right

The Operator has no obligation to redeem, repurchase, exchange, or convert LEGINOT for fiat currency, POL, another cryptocurrency or digital asset, or anything else of value.

9.3 No Guaranteed Value, Return or Liquidity

The Operator does not promise or guarantee:

  1. any current or future market price for LEGINOT;
  2. preservation or appreciation of value;
  3. any investment return, yield, profit, or financial benefit;
  4. any level of liquidity;
  5. the existence or continuation of a secondary market; or
  6. the ability to sell, exchange, or otherwise dispose of LEGINOT.

9.4 No Guaranteed Listing

The Operator does not guarantee that LEGINOT will be listed, traded, supported, or made available by any centralized exchange, decentralized exchange, trading platform, Wallet provider, or other Third-Party Service.

Any such decision is made independently by the relevant third party.

9.5 No Promise of Financial Return

The use of LEGINOT within functionality available through LeginotLegion.com does not constitute a promise by the Operator that LEGINOT will increase in value or provide a financial return.

10. Claim Smart Contracts

10.1 Claim Interfaces

LeginotLegion.com may provide interfaces through which eligible Wallets can request interactions with independent Claim Smart Contracts deployed on Polygon.

Different Claim Smart Contracts may apply different eligibility criteria, claim limits, allocation mechanisms, vesting schedules, time periods, or other conditions.

10.2 Smart Contract Rules

Each Claim Smart Contract operates according to its deployed code and current on-chain state.

Conditions may include, where applicable:

  1. minimum or maximum claim amounts;
  2. Wallet-specific limits;
  3. whitelist requirements;
  4. limited pool availability;
  5. first-come, first-served allocation;
  6. vesting or scheduled unlocks;
  7. activation or validation requirements;
  8. claim periods; or
  9. other conditions enforced by the relevant Smart Contract.

For purposes of determining the actual on-chain outcome, the deployed Claim Smart Contract and its current state control over an inconsistent interface display or technical description.

10.3 Direct On-Chain Receipt

Where a Claim Smart Contract successfully transfers LEGINOT to a Wallet, the transfer occurs on-chain according to that Smart Contract's rules.

The Operator does not receive the claimed LEGINOT on behalf of the User and does not maintain a custodial balance of claimed tokens.

10.4 LeginotLegion.com Does Not Sell LEGINOT

The Operator does not sell LEGINOT through LeginotLegion.com.

LeginotLegion.com provides an interface to independent Claim Smart Contracts.

A POL amount required by a Claim Smart Contract is a Smart Contract requirement and is not a purchase price or payment collected by the Operator for the sale of LEGINOT.

10.5 No Guarantee of Eligibility or Successful Claim

Connecting a Wallet or accessing a claim interface does not guarantee eligibility or a successful claim.

The Operator does not guarantee:

  1. eligibility;
  2. whitelist inclusion;
  3. continued pool availability;
  4. successful transaction execution;
  5. any particular allocation;
  6. completion before a limit or claim period is reached; or
  7. continued availability of a Claim Smart Contract through LeginotLegion.com.

11. POL Requirements, Network Gas and Platform Fees

11.1 Contract-Required POL

Certain Claim Smart Contracts may require a specified amount of POL as part of the applicable claim mechanism.

Any such amount is determined and enforced by the relevant Claim Smart Contract.

A contract-required POL amount is separate from Polygon network gas.

11.2 No Economic Benefit to the Operator

POL submitted to the independent Claim Smart Contracts currently referenced through LeginotLegion.com is handled according to the applicable Smart Contract logic.

The Operator does not receive or derive economic benefit from POL submitted to those Claim Smart Contracts.

11.3 Polygon Network Gas

Blockchain Transactions on Polygon may require network gas.

Gas is a network cost associated with transaction processing on Polygon and is not a fee charged or collected by the Operator.

Network gas may vary according to network conditions and the transaction being requested.

11.4 No Additional Interface Fee

LeginotLegion.com does not currently charge an additional fee for using its interface to interact with the Claim Smart Contracts referenced through LeginotLegion.com.

This does not eliminate any contract-required POL amount or Polygon network gas applicable to a Blockchain Transaction.

11.5 Transaction Review

Before approving a claim-related Blockchain Transaction, you should review the destination Smart Contract, amounts involved, estimated network gas, and other information presented through your Wallet.

12. Whitelists, Eligibility and Limited Availability

12.1 Whitelist Administration

Where a Claim Smart Contract uses a whitelist, the applicable whitelist is administered through OWNER_SAFE or another independent blockchain address authorized by that Smart Contract.

The Operator does not control OWNER_SAFE and does not independently add or remove Wallet addresses from such an on-chain whitelist.

12.2 Smart Contract Restrictions

The ability of an authorized party to add, remove, correct, replace, or otherwise modify a whitelist entry depends on the design and current state of the relevant Claim Smart Contract.

A Smart Contract may restrict or permanently disable whitelist modifications after a particular on-chain event.

Nothing in these Terms therefore constitutes a representation that a whitelist entry can always be added, corrected, removed, or replaced.

12.3 Whitelist Inclusion Does Not Guarantee a Claim

Whitelist inclusion does not guarantee that a Wallet will successfully claim LEGINOT.

A claim may also depend on pool availability, time limits, Wallet-specific limits, Smart Contract conditions, sufficient POL and network gas, and successful Blockchain Transaction execution.

12.4 Limited Availability

A Claim Smart Contract may contain a limited quantity of LEGINOT or a limited number of available allocations.

Where availability is first-come, first-served or otherwise limited, availability may change as other users interact directly with the Smart Contract.

LeginotLegion.com does not reserve LEGINOT or an allocation merely because a User connects a Wallet, views the interface, enters an amount, or prepares a transaction.

12.5 Displayed Eligibility Information

LeginotLegion.com may read and display on-chain information concerning Wallet eligibility, whitelist status, allocation, claim history, vesting, or other Smart Contract state.

Such information does not override the actual current state of the relevant Smart Contract.

13. Community Vote

13.1 Community Voting

Community Vote is functionality made available through LeginotLegion.com that enables eligible Users to participate in on-chain votes concerning matters presented to the community.

Questions or proposals may be developed through public consultation using official LeginotLegion.com communication channels before being presented for a Community Vote.

13.2 On-Chain Voting

To participate in a Community Vote, an eligible User connects a compatible Wallet, selects an available option, reviews the requested Blockchain Transaction, and authorizes the transaction through the User's Wallet.

Valid votes are recorded and processed according to the applicable Voting Smart Contract and its current on-chain rules.

13.3 Applicable Voting Rules

A Community Vote may permit more than one vote from the same Wallet and may restrict subsequent votes from that Wallet to the option selected by its first valid vote.

The voting rules applicable to a particular Community Vote are determined by the relevant Voting Smart Contract and the voting information presented through LeginotLegion.com.

13.4 LEGINOT Burn

Participation in a Community Vote may require a specified amount of LEGINOT to be burned for each valid vote.

The applicable burn amount is disclosed through the relevant Community Vote interface or official voting materials and is enforced by the Voting Smart Contract.

Polygon network gas may apply separately.

13.5 Irrecoverability of Burned LEGINOT

Where LEGINOT is validly burned as part of a confirmed Community Vote transaction, the burned tokens cannot be recovered by the Operator.

The Operator cannot reverse a valid burn recorded on Polygon.

13.6 Determining the Result

The result of a Community Vote is determined according to the rules of the applicable Voting Smart Contract and the voting conditions presented for that vote.

Unless different rules are expressly presented for a particular vote, the winning option is the option receiving the highest number of valid votes by the end of the applicable voting period.

13.7 Voting Statistics

LeginotLegion.com may apply a LEGINOT holding threshold or other eligibility condition before displaying certain detailed voting statistics through its interface.

Any current interface threshold will be disclosed through the Community Vote interface or official voting materials.

An interface condition affecting the display of statistics does not make public blockchain records private or alter their on-chain availability.

13.8 On-Chain Verifiability

Community Vote data displayed through LeginotLegion.com is derived from publicly recorded Polygon transactions and Voting Smart Contract state.

The Operator cannot rewrite, delete, or alter a valid vote already recorded on Polygon.

Relevant voting activity may be independently verified through public blockchain data.

13.9 Voting Integrity

The Operator may suspend, disable, or remove a Community Vote interface where there is a reasonable security, technical, legal, or integrity concern affecting the vote or LeginotLegion.com.

This may include a material Smart Contract vulnerability, inconsistent on-chain data, a security incident, or evidence that the voting process cannot reliably operate as intended.

Suspending the interface does not alter valid votes already recorded on Polygon.

14. Effect of Community Vote Results

14.1 Validly Completed Community Vote

A Community Vote result is determined by the applicable Voting Smart Contract and the voting rules presented for that vote.

This Section applies to a Community Vote that has validly completed under those rules.

14.2 Matters Within the Operator's Control

Where the winning result requires an action that is within the technical and operational control of the Operator, the valid winning result is binding on the Operator, subject to Section 14.4.

14.3 Matters Requiring Independent Action

A winning Community Vote result may require action by OWNER_SAFE, the independent LEGINOT token team, a Smart Contract administrator, or another independent party.

The Operator does not control such parties and cannot compel them to authorize a transaction or perform another action.

Where implementation depends on an independent party, the Operator may recognize, communicate, support, or technically reflect the Community Vote result where appropriate, but cannot guarantee that the independent action required for implementation will occur.

14.4 Legal, Technical and Security Limitations

The Operator is not required to implement a Community Vote result to the extent that implementation would:

  1. violate applicable law or a binding legal requirement;
  2. require an action the Operator has no technical authority or ability to perform;
  3. create a material security risk to LeginotLegion.com or its Users;
  4. require alteration or misrepresentation of public blockchain data; or
  5. depend on an independent party that does not perform the required action.

Where reasonably practicable, LeginotLegion.com will provide information explaining why a valid winning result cannot be implemented as originally presented.

14.5 Community Vote Does Not Create On-Chain Authority

A Community Vote does not itself give the Operator control over LEGINOT, OWNER_SAFE, Polygon, or an independent Smart Contract.

A voting result cannot create an on-chain permission or administrative power that the Operator does not otherwise possess.

15. Blockchain Transactions, Finality and Irreversibility

15.1 User Authorization

Blockchain Transactions initiated through LeginotLegion.com remain subject to your review and authorization through your Wallet.

You are responsible for reviewing the transaction information presented through your Wallet before approval.

15.2 Confirmed Transactions

Once a Blockchain Transaction has been confirmed on Polygon, it may be final and irreversible according to the operation of Polygon and the applicable Smart Contract.

The Operator cannot reverse, cancel, edit, or recover a confirmed Blockchain Transaction merely because the transaction was requested through LeginotLegion.com.

15.3 Failed or Reverted Transactions

A Blockchain Transaction may fail or revert because of Smart Contract conditions, insufficient network gas, changes in on-chain state, network conditions, Wallet configuration, User input, or other technical circumstances.

Where a transaction fails or reverts, the intended Smart Contract action may not occur.

15.4 Network Gas May Still Be Consumed

A failed or reverted Blockchain Transaction may still consume Polygon network gas.

The Operator does not receive that network gas and cannot refund network gas charged as part of Polygon transaction processing.

15.5 No General Transaction Recovery Authority

The Operator does not have authority to recover assets sent to an incorrect address, reverse an unintended Smart Contract interaction, restore validly burned LEGINOT, or modify a transaction recorded on Polygon.

Any recovery mechanism that may exist within an independent Smart Contract is governed by that Smart Contract and the party authorized to use it.

15.6 On-Chain State Controls

Transaction status and Smart Contract state are determined by Polygon and the relevant Smart Contract.

An interface notification displayed through LeginotLegion.com does not itself determine whether a Blockchain Transaction has succeeded, failed, or reverted.

16. Blockchain, Smart Contract and Technology Risks

16.1 General Technology Risk

Blockchain technologies, Smart Contracts, Wallets, and related infrastructure involve technical and operational risks.

You should understand those risks before authorizing a Blockchain Transaction.

16.2 Smart Contract Risk

A Smart Contract may contain vulnerabilities, coding errors, unexpected behavior, design limitations, or security weaknesses.

An independent Smart Contract may also be affected by exploitation, unauthorized activity, or interactions with other blockchain systems.

The Operator does not control the code or administration of the independent Smart Contracts referenced through LeginotLegion.com.

16.3 Network Risk

Polygon may experience congestion, outages, delays, protocol changes, reorganizations, forks, validator issues, changes to transaction costs, or other network events.

Such events may delay, prevent, change, or otherwise affect Blockchain Transactions or information displayed through LeginotLegion.com.

16.4 Wallet and Infrastructure Risk

Wallet providers, wallet-connection infrastructure, RPC providers, block explorers, internet connections, browsers, devices, and other external infrastructure may fail, become unavailable, provide delayed information, or behave unexpectedly.

16.5 Regulatory and Legal Change

Laws, regulations, regulatory interpretations, or enforcement practices relating to blockchain technology and digital assets may change.

Such changes may affect the availability, functionality, or lawful use of LeginotLegion.com, LEGINOT, or particular Smart Contract interactions.

16.6 No Elimination of Risk

Security measures, audits, public blockchain transparency, or technical precautions cannot eliminate all risks associated with blockchain technology or Smart Contracts.

17. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure

17.1 Independent Services

LeginotLegion.com may rely on or interact with Third-Party Services, including Wallet software, wallet-connection infrastructure, Polygon infrastructure, RPC or blockchain data providers, block explorers, and external websites.

17.2 Separate Terms and Policies

Third-Party Services may be subject to their own terms of service, privacy policies, technical requirements, fees, and security practices.

Those terms are established by the relevant third party and not by the Operator.

17.3 No Control Over Third Parties

The Operator does not control and cannot guarantee the availability, security, accuracy, operation, continued support, or conduct of an independent Third-Party Service.

17.4 External Links

LeginotLegion.com may contain links or references to external websites or services.

Such links or references are provided for convenience or informational purposes and do not, by themselves, constitute ownership, control, approval, or endorsement of the third party or its services.

18. Security and Scam Prevention

18.1 Official Website

Users should access LeginotLegion.com only through the official LeginotLegion.com domain.

18.2 Official Smart Contract Information

Before approving a Blockchain Transaction, Users should verify the applicable Smart Contract address using current official information made available through LeginotLegion.com.

The Operator may update interface references where an integration changes, so Users should not rely solely on an address copied from an old or unofficial source.

18.3 Private Keys and Seed Phrases

LeginotLegion.com and Mosh Print Ltd will not require your private key or seed phrase to connect a Wallet or use the functionality described in these Terms.

You should never disclose those credentials in response to a message, website, social-media account, or person claiming to provide support.

18.4 Unsolicited Support

Users should be suspicious of unsolicited communications claiming to provide support, request funds or tokens, request Wallet credentials, or require a Blockchain Transaction on behalf of LeginotLegion.com.

18.5 Official Communications

Official public communications may be published through the official LeginotLegion.com X account, @LeginotLegion, and through LeginotLegion.com.

Legal communications with the Operator may be sent to legal@leginotlegion.com.

A social-media account, message, or website that merely uses LeginotLegion.com branding should not be assumed to be official.

19. Prohibited Activities

19.1 General Rule

You must not use LeginotLegion.com for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or malicious activity.

19.2 Prohibited Conduct

Without limiting Section 19.1, you must not intentionally:

  1. compromise, disrupt, damage, overload, or interfere with LeginotLegion.com or its infrastructure;
  2. introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful software;
  3. exploit or attempt to exploit a vulnerability in LeginotLegion.com for an unlawful or abusive purpose;
  4. impersonate LeginotLegion.com, Mosh Print Ltd, another User, or another person;
  5. conduct phishing, fraud, or social-engineering activity using LeginotLegion.com branding;
  6. manipulate or attempt to falsify information displayed through LeginotLegion.com;
  7. interfere with the normal operation of a claim or Community Vote interface;
  8. use bots, Sybil techniques, automation, or other methods to circumvent eligibility, allocation, voting, security, or anti-abuse rules where such conduct is prohibited by the applicable functionality or is intended to manipulate its operation;
  9. circumvent a technical restriction implemented to protect LeginotLegion.com or its Users; or
  10. use LeginotLegion.com in violation of applicable law.

19.3 Public Smart Contracts

Restrictions imposed on use of LeginotLegion.com's interface do not imply that the Operator has technical authority to prevent a blockchain address from interacting independently with a public Smart Contract.

20. Intellectual Property

20.1 LeginotLegion.com Materials

As between you and the Operator, and except for third-party materials and components, the Operator owns or holds the applicable rights to the LeginotLegion.com name and branding, logos, original website content, design elements, and website code created for LeginotLegion.com.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of those rights to a User.

20.2 Third-Party and Open-Source Components

LeginotLegion.com may incorporate third-party or open-source software, libraries, technologies, or other materials.

Such components remain subject to their applicable ownership rights and licenses.

20.3 Independent Smart Contracts

The Operator does not claim ownership of independent Smart Contracts merely because they are referenced, displayed, or made accessible through LeginotLegion.com.

Any applicable source-code license or other rights relating to those Smart Contracts remain separate from the intellectual property rights in LeginotLegion.com.

20.4 Brand Use

Nothing in these Terms prohibits lawful referential use of the LeginotLegion.com name or branding.

You must not use LeginotLegion.com branding in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, official status, partnership, or affiliation with the Operator.

21. Platform Availability, Modifications and Security Actions

21.1 No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

LeginotLegion.com may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, upgrades, security measures, technical failures, third-party failures, blockchain conditions, or other circumstances.

The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

21.2 Interface Changes

The Operator may modify, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue functionality made available through LeginotLegion.com.

This may include changes required for technical, security, operational, legal, or compatibility reasons.

21.3 Smart Contract Integrations

The Operator may stop referencing or providing an interface to a particular Smart Contract.

Where appropriate, the Operator may later reference or integrate a different independently deployed Smart Contract.

Such an integration does not imply that the replacement Smart Contract was created, deployed, owned, or administered by the Operator.

21.4 Emergency Security Actions

Where reasonably necessary to address an actual or suspected security incident, vulnerability, technical irregularity, or legal requirement, the Operator may temporarily disable functionality or remove access to a particular interface without advance notice.

21.5 No Control Over Independent On-Chain Systems

A change to LeginotLegion.com does not itself modify Polygon, LEGINOT, OWNER_SAFE, or an independent Smart Contract.

22. No Professional Advice and Tax Responsibility

22.1 Informational Nature

Information provided through LeginotLegion.com, including Tokenomics information, blockchain data, Community Vote information, statistics, Smart Contract information, and other materials, is provided for general informational and functional purposes.

22.2 No Financial, Investment, Legal or Tax Advice

Nothing provided through LeginotLegion.com constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

Nothing on LeginotLegion.com constitutes a recommendation by the Operator to acquire, purchase, sell, exchange, hold, or dispose of LEGINOT or another digital asset.

22.3 Independent Decisions

You are responsible for evaluating your own circumstances and, where appropriate, obtaining independent professional advice before making decisions that may have legal, financial, investment, or tax consequences.

22.4 Taxes and Reporting

You are responsible for determining whether your use of LEGINOT, Smart Contracts, or Blockchain Transactions creates tax, reporting, declaration, or other obligations applicable to you.

The Operator does not calculate, withhold, collect, report, or pay taxes on your behalf unless applicable law expressly requires otherwise.

23. Disclaimers and No Warranties

23.1 Applicable-Law Limitation

This Section applies only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude any warranty, guarantee, or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

23.2 As Is and As Available

Subject to Section 23.1, LeginotLegion.com is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

23.3 No Technical Warranty

The Operator does not warrant that LeginotLegion.com will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every Wallet or device, or free from technical defects.

23.4 Independent Systems

The Operator does not warrant or guarantee the availability, security, correctness, performance, or continued operation of Polygon, independent Smart Contracts, OWNER_SAFE, Wallet providers, or other Third-Party Services.

23.5 Blockchain Information

The Operator takes reasonable steps to present information accurately but does not guarantee that every blockchain-derived display, estimate, interface calculation, or third-party data point will always be complete, current, or error-free.

The actual public blockchain record remains controlling for on-chain state.

23.6 No Market Warranty

The Operator makes no warranty regarding the market price, value, liquidity, tradability, availability, or third-party support of LEGINOT.

24. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

24.1 Mandatory Rights Preserved

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived by agreement.

24.2 Matters Outside the Operator's Control

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not responsible for loss caused solely by:

  1. the independent operation or failure of Polygon;
  2. the independent operation, vulnerability, or failure of a Smart Contract not controlled by the Operator;
  3. acts or omissions of OWNER_SAFE or another independent party;
  4. failure or compromise of a User-controlled Wallet;
  5. a Third-Party Service;
  6. a User sending assets to an incorrect address or approving an unintended Blockchain Transaction; or
  7. another event outside the Operator's reasonable control,

except to the extent the loss was caused or materially contributed to by conduct for which the Operator is legally responsible.

24.3 Indirect Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable as a result of the Operator's breach of these Terms.

This limitation does not apply where applicable law does not permit such liability to be excluded or limited.

24.4 No Fixed Liability Cap

These Terms do not impose an arbitrary fixed monetary liability cap where doing so could conflict with mandatory applicable law.

24.5 Liability That Cannot Be Excluded

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit the Operator to exclude or limit.

24.6 User Responsibility for Unlawful Conduct

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss or third-party claims directly caused by your intentional unlawful use of LeginotLegion.com or your intentional material violation of these Terms.

This Section does not create an unlimited indemnity obligation and does not require a consumer to compensate the Operator for matters for which the Operator is legally responsible.

25. Suspension, Restriction and Changes to These Terms

25.1 Restriction of Interface Access

Where technically possible and reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or protection of LeginotLegion.com, the Operator may restrict or disable access to particular interface functionality.

Such an action does not imply that the Operator can block a Wallet from independently interacting with a public Smart Contract through Polygon.

25.2 No Conventional Account Termination

Because connecting a Wallet does not create a conventional Platform account, restricting access to LeginotLegion.com does not close, freeze, seize, or control the User's Wallet or blockchain assets.

25.3 Changes to These Terms

The Operator may update these Terms to reflect changes in LeginotLegion.com, applicable law, security requirements, Smart Contract integrations, or other relevant circumstances.

The current version will be made available through LeginotLegion.com and will identify its effective or last-updated date.

25.4 Material Changes

Where a change materially affects the contractual terms applicable to interactive functionality, the Operator may require Users to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use functionality for which express acceptance is required.

25.5 Earlier Blockchain Transactions

An update to these Terms does not alter the historical on-chain state of a Blockchain Transaction that was already confirmed on Polygon.

26. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, Miscellaneous and Contact

26.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

If you are a consumer and mandatory law applicable to you provides protections that cannot lawfully be excluded by a choice of Bulgarian law, those protections remain unaffected.

26.2 Good-Faith Resolution

If you have a dispute or legal concern relating to these Terms or LeginotLegion.com, you are encouraged to contact the Operator at legal@leginotlegion.com so that the matter may, where possible, be resolved directly.

Contacting the Operator before bringing a legal claim is not intended to prevent or restrict you from exercising a legal right or remedy that applicable law allows you to exercise without doing so.

26.3 Competent Courts

Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly may be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring proceedings exclusively before a Bulgarian court where mandatory jurisdiction rules give that consumer the right to bring proceedings before another competent court.

26.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the agreement between you and the Operator concerning your use of LeginotLegion.com, except for any additional terms expressly incorporated into these Terms.

Tokenomics materials, Community Vote materials, FAQs, interface notices, and similar documentation may describe technical functionality and current parameters but do not amend these Terms unless they expressly state that they form part of them.

26.5 Severability

If a provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent legally possible.

26.6 No Waiver

A failure or delay by the Operator to exercise a right under these Terms does not, by itself, constitute a waiver of that right.

26.7 No Partnership or Agency

These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, employment relationship, or agency relationship between you and the Operator.

Nothing in these Terms authorizes you to act on behalf of the Operator.

26.8 Headings

Section headings are provided for convenience and do not alter the meaning of these Terms.
